Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our guests and ensure that all hotel facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Train, motivate, and develop a team of maintenance staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure that all hotel equipment and facilities are properly maintained and meet brand standards.
  • Inspect guest rooms and suites to ensure that they meet our high standards and identify any areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders and ensure that all deficiencies are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure that guest requests are met and that all hotel facilities are running smoothly.
  • Ensure that all hotel equipment and facilities are properly maintained and meet brand standards.
  • Develop and implement a maintenance budget and ensure that all expenses are properly accounted for.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
