We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Reception Manager to join our team at Nara Hotels, Inc.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service to our guests.

As a Hotel Reception Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of guest arrivals, departures, and stays. This includes registering guests, managing reservations, and providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities.

You will also be expected to maintain accurate records of bookings and payments, as well as assist with laundry and public area cleaning during downtime.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to upsell additional facilities and services to guests, and liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean and tidy.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a hotel environment, preferably as a Front Desk Agent or similar role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Work experience in a hotel front desk position
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with hotel reservations software

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development.
