About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our lounge team. As a Lounge Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive top-notch service and have an unforgettable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Monitor lounge seating availability, provide attentive service, and ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the bar, tables, and other tools, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Beverage Service: Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages, using your skills to create memorable moments for our guests.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment. If you're physically fit, enjoy interacting with people, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
