Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering product questions, and making recommendations to enhance their artistic experience.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by merchandising art supplies, creating displays, and adhering to visual standards.
  • Sales and Promotions: Promote art supplies, inform customers about new products and promotions, and suggest items that will enhance their artistic projects.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the completion of merchandise set-ups, report low stock levels, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 6 months of previous retail, sales, and/or customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment, and a positive, eager, and solution-oriented attitude.
