Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide enthusiastic service to YOC members and partners via phone, chat, and email communication.
  • Conceptualize, compose, send, and analyze successful Membership and Course communications in Hubspot.
  • Daily review of YOC Member and Alumni data to provide regular maintenance, cleanup, and reporting.
  • Seek opportunities to execute automated Member and Course specific communications to improve operational efficiency.
  • Master an understanding of the YOC ecosystem to ensure proper communications to YOC partners and members.

Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree
  • Fluency in Google Workspace
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several tasks simultaneously
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to be a team player
  • Good people skills and high level of customer service

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong familiarity with golf
  • A passion for helping youth gain access to life-changing opportunities

Work Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Compensation and Benefits: This is a full-time, Non-Exempt position, with a start salary range of $24.50 per hour. Some clothing will be provided, with the employee expected to source and maintain a high-standard of attire at all times. Benefit package includes health, dental and vision insurance. Dependents may be added with premiums paid by the employee. Participation in the company's 401k plan after one full year of employment. PTO, holidays, meals, and golf benefits also included.
