Position Overview

Our client is in search of Primary Care Nurse Practitioners to enhance their dedicated team. These positions are situated within long-term care facilities, where the focus is on delivering exceptional healthcare services.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is between $150,000 and $200,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to identify medical conditions, injuries, and health issues.
  • Authorize prescriptions, arrange diagnostic procedures, and analyze results to establish effective treatment strategies.
  • Keep precise and thorough medical documentation for all patients.
  • Offer guidance and support to patients and their families.
  • Oversee chronic illnesses and track patient development.
  • Work collaboratively with Physicians, Nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated and thorough patient care.
Qualifications
  • Possess a caring and understanding approach to patient interactions.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours as necessary.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously as well as within a healthcare team.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Educational Requirements
  • A valid Nurse Practitioner License is mandatory.
  • A DEA license is also required.
