Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards via Vanta, monitoring SOC2 and PCI controls and testing.
  • Administer user access controls across all systems.
  • Oversee the change control process, collaborating with vendors to meet security requirements and adhere to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Manage employee training tracking through KnowBe4, including campaign management.
  • Supervise the procurement and maintenance of IT inventory, covering hardware, software licenses, and other IT assets.
  • Coordinate support with our helpdesk team, tracking tickets, solutions, and user satisfaction, while addressing desktop and user issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Lead IT projects by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and preparing reports for management.
  • Prepare daily reports and monitor IT systems and networks for compliance and security.
  • Assess products to enhance process efficiency, including automation initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the IT Director.

Desired Qualities and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals; SC-900 certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a technical IT role.
  • Solid understanding of IT concepts and terminology.
  • Knowledge of service requests and change control processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with Vanta, KnowBe4, and project management tools is advantageous.
