Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods.
  • Coordinate and direct activities to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Implement and manage work orders and production schedules to meet production goals.
  • Utilize CNC lathe technology to enhance manufacturing processes.
  • Manage inventory and materials to ensure optimal levels are maintained.
  • Conduct first article inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement safety management practices to create a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness in all processes.
  • Lead production planning efforts to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and implement improvements to production processes that lead to overall increases in product quality and reductions in waste.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role.
  • Proven experience with CNC lathe, work orders, production scheduling, first article, inventory, material management, safety management, budgeting, and production planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in using business software, including Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent project management skills.
