Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee the collection and reconciliation of invoices and credit transactions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Invoice Reconciliation and Billing Process Management
    • Manage the monthly reconciliation process, including contract review, to ensure timely and accurate invoicing to our customers.
    • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on client and supplier interactions.
  • Team Management
    • Manage a team of junior employees, including hiring, training, and career progression.
  • Process Improvement and Automation
    • Lead the development of internal controls with a focus on process improvement and automation.
    • Liaise with the internal IT team as required.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
    • 7+ years of experience in billing, auditing, accounts receivable, or customer service.
    • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role, with excellent team management skills.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
    • Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
    • Self-starter with experience in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work timely under deadlines.
Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office environment. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, and frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
