Metal Building Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for coordinating and managing pre-engineered metal building projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and excellent organizational skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt and inspection of pre-engineered metal building shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Work with internal and external design professionals to ensure that pre-engineered metal building designs meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of pre-engineered metal building projects, including drawings and specifications.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Administer and coordinate warranty and repair programs for pre-engineered metal building projects.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in construction management, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in pre-engineered metal building projects.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
