Job Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating and managing pre-engineered metal building projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles and be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the receipt and inspection of pre-engineered metal building shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Work closely with internal design professionals to ensure that pre-engineered metal building designs meet client requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of pre-engineered metal building projects, including drawings, specifications, and warranties.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of pre-engineered metal building materials and services.
  • Administer and coordinate warranty and repair programs for pre-engineered metal building projects.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by supervisors.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in pre-engineered metal building construction or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand construction documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
