Role Responsibilities

As a faculty member, you will:
  • Deliver instruction to college students using established educational methodologies.
  • Develop and enhance curricula related to your discipline.
  • Evaluate student performance and participate in program assessments.
  • Engage in college-wide activities and contribute to various committees.
  • Uphold the standards of the college and your department in alignment with our strategic objectives.

Position Details

This is a tenure-track position with a commitment to a five-year evaluation process for continued employment. Faculty members are expected to teach a designated number of points, maintain office hours, and participate in college business activities, including committee work and special projects.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or a Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in relevant subjects.
  • The flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, across multiple campuses if necessary.
  • Recognized teaching and professional experience.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology in the classroom, ensuring that coursework aligns with the competencies required for the courses taught.
  • Cultural competency to effectively engage with a diverse student body and workforce.

Additional Information

For positions requiring a college degree, we only accept degrees from accredited institutions recognized by regional accrediting organizations. Degrees obtained outside the United States must be validated by a recognized credential evaluation service.
