Position Summary

As a faculty member, you will be responsible for instructing college students using effective educational methodologies. Your role will include developing curriculum related to your discipline, assessing student performance, participating in program evaluations, and contributing to college activities and committees. You will uphold the standards of the college and department, aligning with our strategic objectives.

This is a tenure-track position with a commitment to a 168-day teaching schedule. Faculty members are expected to teach 45 points, maintain office hours, and engage in various college-related activities, including committee work and special projects.

Qualifications

We invite candidates who possess the following qualifications:
  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or a Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the aforementioned areas.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to teach across multiple campuses as needed.
  • Relevant teaching and occupational experience.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology in the classroom, with coursework reflecting competencies in the subjects taught.
  • Demonstrated cultural competency to effectively engage with a diverse student body.

Additional Information

For positions requiring a college degree, only degrees from accredited institutions recognized by regional accrediting organizations will be accepted. Degrees obtained outside the United States must be validated by an organization that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES).
