About the Role:
Cassia is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse (RN) to join our team at Lakeside Generations. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, leading a team of nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing individual care plans.
- Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including medication administration, vital signs, and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in care delivery.
Requirements:
- Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and service to residents and their families.
