Charge Nurse (RN) Opportunity

Cassia, a faith-based nonprofit organization, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Charge Nurse (RN) to join our team at Lakeside Generations in Dassel, MN. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting our dedicated staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and compassion in all aspects of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident well-being and independence.
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring seamless operations and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and responding to changes in resident condition.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff, providing clear and compassionate care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of our care services.
Requirements:
  • Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Strong nursing and leadership skills, with a focus on resident-centered care.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to making sound decisions.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
