Salary: $80,000 per year
Work Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance current manufacturing processes to pinpoint opportunities for improvements in productivity, waste minimization, and quality assurance.
- Design and execute strategies to elevate operational performance, which may include creating and testing new processes, modifying existing machinery, and applying lean manufacturing techniques.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to resolve production challenges, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.
- Participate in the selection and implementation of new machinery or automation technologies.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies pertinent to manufacturing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) is required.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong grasp of manufacturing methodologies, including process analysis, design, and enhancement techniques.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time (typically one trip per month, lasting 2-3 days).
