Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our team. As a Controls Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and testing control systems for our manufacturing processes. You'll work closely with our engineering and maintenance teams to ensure that our equipment and processes are properly designed, implemented, and launched.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate control systems, products, components, and applications to ensure they meet our quality and safety standards.
  • Design and develop new control systems and modify existing ones to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with our engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
  • Work closely with our quality and safety teams to ensure that our equipment and processes meet our quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing process control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including control systems, PLCs, and HMI.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
