Job Overview

New Process Corp is a leading provider of durable production identification products. We are seeking a skilled Bindery and Inspection Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting printed media into finished products, including cutting, folding, stitching, die cutting, laminating, and other bindery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lamination of roll media
  • Inspection and weeding of small intricate components
  • Die cutting and guillotine operation
  • Miscellaneous bindery functions, including back-splitting, adhesive application, embossing, stacking, palletizing, and catching
  • Final inspection and packing of products
  • Basic machine maintenance and reporting of unusual wear, machine noises, and other faults to the Production Manager
  • Maintaining a clean work area by storing supplies and materials, removing waste, and cleaning and storing tools

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Eagerness and willingness to learn
  • Good eye for detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Able to lift 40lbs on a semi-regular basis
  • Self-motivated individual with opportunities for advancement
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
