Role Specifics:

This role:
Develops forward-thinking strategies that align with business unit goals, including workforce planning, budget management, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

A significant portion of the role involves crafting innovative solutions to complex challenges.

Leads staffing, training, and performance evaluation initiatives for all facilities management personnel; fostering a motivated and skilled management team.

Maintains effective communication and relationships with clients, local communities, service providers, and utility companies.


Formulates plans and strategies for the infrastructure and processes necessary to operate facilities in compliance with operational standards and regulatory requirements.

Educational Background:
