Behavioral Health Specialist

At Elite Spectrum ABA, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality behavior analysis services to our patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Implement procedures such as continuous and discontinuous measurement.
* Collect data on client behaviors electronically.
* Describe the behaviors and environments in observable and measurable terms.
**Requirements:**
* Graduate of an education program approved by the credentialing body for the required credential(s).
* 1+ year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician.
**Certifications and Licenses:**
* BACB RBT Certification (must be active and in good standing).
* American Heart Association CPR/BLS with a live component or willing to obtain within 30 days of employment.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
* Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job.
* Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job.
