Job Description


At Veolia North America, we are seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our team. As a Billing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate billing of our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Technical Customer Advisor to understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Match manifests with original job requests in RPM and confirm with the Technical Customer Advisor.
  • Escalate issues to the Technical Customer Advisor for speedy resolution.
  • Create and issue invoices.
  • Respond to billing queries that come through the Customer Technical Advisor.


Requirements:

  • Invoicing and/or other financial experience.
  • Experience using computer invoicing systems or similar.
  • Sufficient understanding of waste streams, transportation, and disposal or the ability to build this understanding.
  • High School Diploma.
