Essential Qualifications

Additional Requirements
The ideal candidate must possess an active U.S. Government Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance. Meeting Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements is essential for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the necessary clearance and/or customer screening may lead to employment consequences.
Clearance Verification: This position necessitates successful verification of the stated security clearance to comply with federal government customer requirements. Candidates will be required to provide clearance verification information prior to receiving an employment offer.
Cloud Screening: Candidates must successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening. Required Cloud screenings will occur bi-annually.
Preferred Qualifications
Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to legal restrictions based on citizenship. Specifically, this role supports various U.S. federal, state, and/or local government agency clients and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions as mandated by applicable law. To comply with this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified through a valid passport or other approved documents, or verified U.S. government clearance.
Desirable Skills
- Technical proficiency and experience in one or more of the following areas: Active Directory Domain Services, Active Directory Federated Services, Kubernetes, MS Hyper-V/VMWare, Windows Server Update Services, Azure VPN Gateways, Azure Monitor, Group Policy management and configuration.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in SCI/SAP environments.
- AZ-305 (Azure Solutions Architect Expert), AZ-600 (Azure Stack Hub), or similar certification.
- CISSP, Security+, or similar certification.
Role Responsibilities
The Senior Consultant will be accountable for hands-on onsite automation and enhancement of above-baseline software and data migration in isolated cloud environments. This role will provide leadership in systems administration and management of Azure DevOps, PKI, Active Directory, and application installations and deployments.
This position will assist in identifying and prioritizing the migration of workloads into new isolated cloud environments, including both on-premises Azure Stack Hub and hyperscale settings. The Senior Consultant will aid in developing, planning, and executing the migration of unstructured data from existing data repositories to new environments without compromising existing data integrity, delivering capability as-a-service while managing operations, maintenance, security, and modernization.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and developing hypervisor servers/clusters to provide essential services to remote offices, assisting in fabric management for cloud integration and migration strategies.
- Analyzing and creating new designs for existing Active Directory Infrastructure to streamline and eliminate redundant objects and configurations.
- Developing global federation designs for collaboration, mergers/acquisitions, and high availability/geo-load balancing requirements.
- Utilizing Azure, federation services, configuration management, automation, application proxy/edge security, and identity management platforms to consolidate multiple sources of record into persona objects with our clients on-premises and cloud service provider environments.
