Job Title: Principal Solutions Consultant

About the Role:

As a Principal Solutions Consultant at Resulticks, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their marketing goals through our cutting-edge marketing automation platform. You will be responsible for providing pre-sales solutions design and product demonstrations to prospects, as well as serving as a brand ambassador for Resulticks. Your expertise in the martech industry and ability to offer competitive analyses will be invaluable in closing sales opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations to prospects and customers, highlighting the features and capabilities of Resulticks' platform.
  • Qualify prospects and gather business and technical requirements to ensure successful sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide technical solutions to Business Development Managers, Sales Executives, and Account Managers.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and technical flow charts to assist with moving leads through the sales funnel.
Implementation & Customer Success:
  • Ensure successful integration cycles from kickoff to launch, working closely with the Implementation team to meet client objectives.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management on issues with current solutions and suggest new features and capabilities.
  • Adhere to the Company's Quality Control and Business Process policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with virtuoso software demonstration skills.
  • Recent college graduate or up to 10 years of experience working as a Solutions Consultant for a martech SaaS/PaaS/CRM company or digital ad agencies.
  • Prior responsibility for digital/marketing strategies and a proven track record of generating successful proof-of-concept plans.
  • Mastery of the technical aspects of the enterprise sales cycle, including Value Selling.
  • Good understanding of platforms/architecture and the implementation lifecycle.
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Word.
