Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our triage team at Inland Allergy and Asthma. As a patient care coordinator, you will play a key role in managing patient coordination and support over phone and computer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Support: Be the warm, supportive voice on the line, answering questions and addressing concerns compassionately.
  • Clinical Coordination: Partner with healthcare providers to assess, plan, and implement patient-centered tasks.
  • Prior Authorizations and Referrals: Handle patient requests quickly and accurately to support their ongoing care.
Requirements
  • Licensed LPN or RN with a valid state license.
  • Prior experience in patient-centered environments preferred.
  • Compassionate communication skills essential.
