Care Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Care Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Infinity Homehealth Solutions. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of caregivers with clients, confirming schedules with both parties, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
About the Role- Schedule caregivers with clients efficiently and effectively.
- Confirm client and caregiver schedules in a timely manner.
- Interview potential employees to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Follow up with newly hired caregivers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Perform wellness checks on clients to ensure their needs are being met.
- Update caregiver availability to reflect any changes or new information.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong time management skills, excellent name recall abilities, and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask effectively, take direction well, and possess a positive attitude.
