We offer a competitive salary range of $67,724.80 to $72,500 per year, based on education, work experience, certifications, and other factors.

About the Role

The Resident Care Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our care services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a 4-week rolling master care schedule
  • Assisting in scheduling Care Partners to ensure full coverage of shifts and minimizing overtime or agency use
  • Knowledge and understanding of block scheduling

To be successful in this role, you should have 3-5 years of healthcare-related experience and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
