In this position, you will be instrumental in guiding the technological evolution of the organization towards its strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Change Analyst:

  • Facilitate and oversee routine operational assessments and approvals for modifications affecting the company's technical infrastructure, including software, hardware, and configurations.
  • Engage in evaluations with essential technology personnel and risk management teams as required.
  • Conduct thorough investigations following major system failures to identify underlying issues and recommend improvements to avert future occurrences.

Responsibilities and Duties:
In this role, you will be engaged in:

  • Establishing a standardized change management framework and tools to effectively oversee technical modifications.
  • Identifying opportunities for refining the change management process, including approval workflows, evaluations, and communication strategies.
  • Creating and implementing change management strategies to ensure strong employee engagement and minimal resistance.
  • Conducting impact assessments, evaluating readiness for change, and pinpointing key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership, monitoring and resolving issues, and defining success metrics for tracking change initiatives.
  • Developing processes and deliverables to enhance problem management efforts and performing comprehensive post-incident analyses on significant outages to recommend risk mitigation approaches.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should have:

  • Exceptional written, presentation, and collaborative skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to connect diverse business and technical teams.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT projects and changes, along with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and software development best practices, along with expertise in process improvement methodologies.
  • The capability to engage with management across all organizational levels, track key performance indicators, and understand industry standards such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO.
  • CISA certification is a plus, though not required.
