Human Resources Director

Management Business Solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and manage all HR-related activities. The HR Director will play a critical role in shaping the organization's human capital strategy, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work environment, and aligning HR practices with the organization's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource needs. Drive all change initiatives that promote a positive work culture and improve employee engagement and retention.
- Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for all levels of the organization. Develop and manage talent development programs, including leadership development, career pathing, and succession planning. Implement performance management processes that support employee development and business goals.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on a wide range of HR-related issues. Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and foster a collaborative work environment. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the organization complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that mitigate risk and support business goals. Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the organization's compensation structure remains competitive. Oversee the annual compensation review process.
- HR Operations: Manage the HR department, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation. Oversee HR systems and processes, ensuring they are efficient and meet the needs of the organization. Provide regular HR metrics and reports to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus.
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HR software and systems.
