Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and oversee demolition projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to safety protocols.
2. Manage and maintain equipment and tools, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
3. Establish and maintain work zones, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
4. Evaluate and implement new procedures, processes, and equipment to improve project outcomes.
5. Secure and manage supplies, materials, and equipment for daily work projects.
6. Train employees in safety matters, procedures, and equipment operation, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
7. Address errors and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
8. Perform related duties as assigned, ensuring seamless project execution.
9. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
10. Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, co-workers, and stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
11. Demonstrate the ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in demolition operations, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
2. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and procedures.
3. A Class A driver's license, with a clean driving record.
