Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

At BNW Services, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the administrative and technical management of construction projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review owner contracts for compliance.
  • Manage the development of the master project schedule and quality control program.
  • Identify critical issues and milestones.
  • Review budgets and scopes with the preconstruction department.
  • Oversee project budgets and identify potential additional costs, forecasting as necessary.
  • Ensure safety measures are incorporated into job planning and execution.
  • Manage the development of GMP or Lump Sum contracts.
  • Prepare subcontract and owner change orders.
  • Prepare monthly owner requisitions.
  • Analyze the financial ability of subcontractors.
  • Ensure all contractual requirements of subcontractors/vendors are met before mobilization.
  • Manage project assets and review job cost reports weekly and monthly.
  • Develop look-ahead schedules.
  • Oversee the company's quality control program on the project.

Requirements:
  • Four-year degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in construction, design, finance, and management.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, Expedition, CGC CMS, MS Word, Excel, AIA Contract Documents).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineering drawings, and other construction documents.
