  • Oversee the internal operational functions of the office, ensuring optimal inventory management and client experience.
  • Maintain an organized client filing system.

The RCA Team is recognized as the face and heart of Golden Reserve, responsible for creating a positive first impression and serving as the primary point of contact for client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of administrative support experience, including phone support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
  • Strong grammar, spelling, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • A resilient mindset, emphasizing accountability, ownership, and problem-solving.

What We Offer:

  • Support Structure: Access to dedicated RCA Team Leaders for workload management and training.
  • Competitive Salary: Ranging from $50,000 to $60,000.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Generous time-off policy, health, vision, dental insurance, 401(k), and life insurance.

Work Schedule:

Standard work hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Flexibility for occasional evening hours is required to support educational workshops, with overtime compensation provided.
