Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of administrative support experience, including phone support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent grammar and proofreading abilities.

What We Offer:

  • Support Structure: Access to dedicated RCA Team Leaders for workload management and training.
  • Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $60,000.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Generous time off, health, vision, dental insurance, 401(k), and life insurance.

Work Schedule: Standard hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break. Flexibility for occasional evening hours is required to support educational workshops.
