Position Summary:

Golden Reserve LLC is seeking a skilled Regional Client Administrator (RCA) who embodies the dual roles of a Receptionist and an Office Manager. This position transcends traditional administrative duties, positioning you as an integral member of both the sales and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing client communications, including phone calls, digital messages, and traditional mail.
  • Oversee the internal operational functions of your designated office(s), focusing on inventory management and enhancing the client experience.
  • Maintain an organized client filing system to ensure easy access to information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as the welcoming face of Golden Reserve.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of administrative support experience, including phone communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.

  • A resilient mindset characterized by accountability, ownership, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $50,000 - $60,000.

Work Schedule:

Standard hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Flexibility for occasional evening hours may be required to support educational workshops.
