Position Summary:
Golden Reserve LLC is seeking a skilled Regional Client Administrator (RCA) who embodies the dual roles of a Receptionist and an Office Manager. This position transcends traditional administrative duties, positioning you as an integral member of both the sales and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing client communications, including phone calls, digital messages, and traditional mail.
- Oversee the internal operational functions of your designated office(s), focusing on inventory management and enhancing the client experience.
- Maintain an organized client filing system to ensure easy access to information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as the welcoming face of Golden Reserve.

The RCA Team is celebrated as the cornerstone of Golden Reserve, responsible for creating a positive first impression and serving as the primary contact for client interactions.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of administrative support experience, including phone communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.

What We Offer:

- Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $50,000 - $60,000.

Work Schedule:
Standard hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a one-hour lunch break. Flexibility for occasional evening hours may be required to support educational workshops.
