- Oversee all departments, maintaining efficient operations and compliance with financial goals established in the approved Operating Budget.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of managerial experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industries.
- Previous management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, and discipline.
- Administrator License/certification.
