Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Motorhome Sales Representative to join our team in Ashland, VA. As a key player in our Sales team, you'll be responsible for creating opportunities for families to make lifelong memories by matching customers with their perfect RV.
Responsibilities:- Manage the sales process from start to finish, providing expert knowledge and unparalleled customer service.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and providing solution-based sales options.
- Work directly with the Financial Services team to coordinate the sale and financial lending process.
- Continually learn about product updates, inventory, and how it will benefit the customer.
- Responsible for daily follow-up with current, existing, and potential leads through our CRM system.
- Hustle: Establish relationships quickly while earning trust by providing expert knowledge and unparalleled customer service.
- Competitive: Consistently reach new records year after year, breaking records and raising the bar to what is possible.

General RV was founded in 1962 by Abe Baidas, who converted a Detroit gas station into a small RV sales and manufacturing facility. From those humble roots, we've grown into the nation's premier RV dealer, operating fourteen Supercenters in seven states and an inspection facility in Indiana.
We're proud of our history and are now in the third generation of family ownership. Since 2014, General RV Center has been named by Crain's Detroit as one of Michigan's largest and fastest-growing privately held companies.
