Sales Representative

Join Hilti North America as a Field Sales Representative and become a key player in our mission to make construction better. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, demonstrating our latest tools and solutions, and providing high-level customer consultation.
About the Role:This is a field-based role that requires daily customer interaction and in-person sales. You will be working with a variety of departments and using platforms such as Salesforce to track your progress. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on attitude, excellent time and territory management skills, and the ability to work a flexible and varied schedule.
Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with customers to create value and drive sales growth
- Demonstrate our latest tools and solutions to customers and provide high-level customer consultation
- Use Salesforce to track customer interactions and sales progress
- Collaborate with various departments to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Work a flexible and varied schedule to meet customer needs

Requirements:- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
- Hands-on attitude and excellent time and territory management skills
- Ability to work a flexible and varied schedule
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 65 pounds
