Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Retail Parts Administrator Assistant to join our AUTO NATION TOYOTA FORT MYERS team. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and collaborating with colleagues to meet our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert guidance to customers in selecting the right parts, while also promoting our exclusive deals and services.
  • Ensure that all parts bins and shelves remain tidy and well-organized, facilitating efficient access to items.
  • Verify the authenticity of all charge sales, guaranteeing accurate documentation and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the processing of monthly parts returns, streamlining our operations.
  • Remain knowledgeable about new products and product updates, enabling informed conversations with customers.
  • Determine the availability of parts and obtain approval for special or emergency orders when necessary.
  • Contribute to maintaining the integrity of our parts catalog, price schedule, and technical information.
  • Accurately document parts on repair orders and shop tickets.
  • Fulfill essential administrative duties for the parts department.

We offer a competitive annual salary of $50,000 - $62,000, depending on experience.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Minimum two years of relevant parts experience
  • 10-key and/or Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
  • Able to comprehend instructions and information effectively
  • Valid driver's license required
