**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front End Services associate. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring seamless shopping experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and thanking every customer with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot.
  • Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store.
  • Ensure accurate checkout processes and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist associates across the store as needed to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy to handle cash transactions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
