About the Role
Global Channel Management is seeking a highly skilled Retail Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily work order volume and proactively communicate with store maintenance and brand leadership partners as needed.
- Analyze and understand data to identify trends, cost drivers, and suggest necessary changes to support business initiatives.
- Understand current business KPIs and propose business actions to help achieve them.
- Create, review, and evaluate system-generated service partner reports to assess vendor performance and provide necessary feedback.
- Continually look for opportunities to optimize vendor responsiveness, reduce repair/replacement time, and overall costs.
- Identify trends using various reporting tools to support overall brand performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in a retail maintenance environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Ability to navigate and make decisions without clear direction.
- Proven ability to convert data into plans.
- Organized and driven team member, able to act independently and switch rapidly between different projects/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of facilities repairs and maintenance in a complex retail environment.
- Experience using ServiceChannel.
