Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Technician - Floor Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. You will also be required to follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and other objects.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or custodial role
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
