Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Infant Teacher to join our team. As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging classroom space for young children to learn and grow. You will use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning, implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues.
  • Support the center's success, partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Requirements
  • Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
  • Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
  • Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
