Are you a qualified and certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner eager to contribute to a respected healthcare organization? This position offers a chance to work within a dynamic team dedicated to neonatal care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive care for neonates, including oversight of advanced therapies such as HFOV, nitric oxide, and ECMO.
- Engage in 24-hour in-house shifts across multiple hospital systems featuring Level-II and Level-III+ NICUs.
- Support new graduates through an extensive orientation and mentorship program.
- Current APRN national specialty certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of a master's degree is required.
- Possession of a Texas license or active IMLC is essential.
- Recent experience as a Certified NNP is necessary.
