Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team at TRG. As a key member of our R&D department, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex technical systems and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop technical concepts for products based on customer and internal requirements
  • Ensure technical feasibility of solutions, including manufacturability and compliance with requirements
  • Design decisions and architecture releases within projects based on standards, rules, and guidelines
  • Coordinate interfaces between software engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering development
  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve desired product performance
  • File system architecture-related documents in the configuration management system
  • Identify, analyze, and document special characteristics
  • Analysis and coordination of requirements at product level with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience as a R&D engineer
  • Knowledge of design and manufacturing of mechanical or electric parts
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work across multiple disciplines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills
Preferred Requirements
  • Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering
  • Experience working in automotive
  • Specific components and technologies ECU, Optics, and PCB development
