  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stock shelves with back stock product and incoming freight, maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Set and remove Ad prices for sales and check for pricing accuracy, ensuring accurate inventory levels
  • Maintain displays and face shelved products, adhering to planograms and changing floor plans as needed
  • Clean retail area by dust mopping, removing trash, and picking up litter, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Utilize computers to determine product delivery and inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste
  • Return excess product to the warehouse, moving empty pallets and breaking down containers as needed
  • Attach security tags to appropriate product, maintaining a secure store environment
  • Assist in other departments as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn
  • Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures, prioritizing the safety of yourself and others

**Requirements:**

  • Great communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Prior retail experience preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
  • Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend, with a flexible schedule
  • Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
