Education & Experience

A minimum of two years in customer service or a related field is preferred, ideally within a manufacturing context. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with an associate degree or equivalent.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with SAP is mandatory.
  • Effective communication, listening, and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Smartsheet is advantageous.

Qualifications

Education: High School/GED or better.

Experience: Relevant experience in customer service.
