Natalie's Orchid Island Juice Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. This key role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production facilities, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily production activities, including fruit receiving, grading, squeezing, bottling, packaging, and warehouse operations.
  • Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policy for employees and contractors.
  • Implement and maintain the company's Safety Program, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide technical assistance to other departments as required.
  • Ensure employee training on production, safety, food safety, and quality assurance programs.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • HACCP certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with FDA and USDA regulations.
  • Ability to work extended shifts and flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to perform physical work, including standing and/or walking for periods in excess of 8 hours.
