Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Residence Inn by Marriott. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and deliver quality meals to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Take ownership of the guest experience in the main areas of the hotel, using a guest-first mindset to anticipate and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Empower guests to make the most of their stay, sharing the highlights of the local area and providing recommendations for dining, entertainment, and other activities.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure that all guest needs are met and that the hotel is running smoothly.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
