About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Business Development Manager to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business development and sales growth within the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) market in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our customer base in the EVSE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, utilities, and commercial real estate companies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including RFI/RFQ/RFP responses and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and partners, to develop market analysis and build market share within targeted verticals.
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, forecasting sales performance, and meeting revenue targets.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of sales experience within a dedicated region or territory selling financial solutions to governmental agencies.
  • 3-5 years of experience selling to executives in government agencies.
  • Knowledge of Federal/State/Local/Utility EVSE policy/programs and incentives desirable.
  • Subject Matter Expertise on EVSE related to Level 2, Level 3 & DCFC charging preferred.
