Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita Inc. in the SNF setting. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with dialysis RNs to ensure seamless care delivery and patient outcomes.
- Work independently, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address patient needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CCHT certification.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
