Salary Range: $75,000 - $103,084.00

Responsibilities

We are looking for a full-time orthopedic rehabilitation specialist to become part of our dynamic and expanding therapy team in our state-of-the-art facility. Our patient demographic includes individuals recovering from general orthopedic issues, post-operative care, multi-trauma cases, pelvic and abdominal health concerns, TMD, Bell's palsy, high-level neurological conditions, and peripheral vestibular disorders. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, self-driven, and committed to program development, lifelong learning, and ongoing clinical improvement. Proficiency in manual therapy techniques is essential, and an interest in vestibular therapy is preferred. Clinic hours are flexible, ranging from early morning to evening shifts.

  • Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient evaluations
  • Manage an average patient load of 10-12 individuals daily
  • Ensure timely and precise documentation using Therapy Source
  • Analyze assessment and diagnostic data, including medical records and surgical reports
  • Accurately transcribe and process medical orders
  • Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement
  • Provide instruction and support to patients and their families as necessary
Qualifications
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Orthopedic Rehabilitation Specialist is required.
  • Certified BLS or completion within the first 90 days of employment or as mandated by state regulations.
